Partner terms

  • Commission: 20% of what each customer you refer pays LyncMail, before tax, for their first 12 months of payments. Refunded payments aren't counted.
  • Who counts as yours: customers who sign up through your link (within 60 days of opening it) or enter your code when they sign up or pay. Your own business doesn't count.
  • Payment: early each month for the month before, in Canadian dollars. Interac e-Transfer in Canada, or PayPal or Wise anywhere else.
  • How you can promote: to your clients, your audience, your own contacts, on social media and at events. No unsolicited bulk emails or texts about LyncMail. Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) applies to every message sent about us, and spam complaints hurt delivery for all our customers.
  • Ads and names: don't run ads on the word "LyncMail" and don't present yourself as LyncMail staff.
  • Ending: either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice. You're still paid for customers you already referred until their 12 months are up, unless the partnership ends because these terms were broken.
  • We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email.
